amazing, amazing, amazing
I was deeply impressed by the staff, who communicated effortlessly in English, making my entire stay feel welcoming and easy. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal, as it’s just steps away from the vibrant Ximen Walking Street, where I indulged in delicious street food. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a strong hot water supply for those relaxing baths after a day of exploration.

No bidet in the bathroom, which is a letdown. The breakfast situation is chaotic. instead of an on-site meal, you get vouchers for a nearby convenience store, which barely covers anything. Check-in time is too late at 4 PM, and checkout is too early at 11 AM. The room lacked thorough cleaning upon arrival, with leftover trash from previous guests. Noise from the hallway is disruptive, making sleep challenging, especially without carpeting to help absorb sound. No hand soap provided in the bathroom—strange oversight.

Room assignment in alley while noisy bar played music until dawn!!! Small, old-fashioned accommodations with inconsistent cleaning service!!! AC issues need immediate attention!!! Ensure proper communication about housekeeping rules!!!

9/10
Comfy stay for a solo traveler! Wicked close to the MRT, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was neat, though kinda small without a window. Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. I really liked the quick check-in and out. Just a bit noisy, though, could hear the hallway chatter at night.

The hot pot at Mala Yuanyang is a must-try, bursting with flavor! Also, the complimentary vouchers for ice cream were such a sweet treat, making it a super deal.
Check-in at 4pm felt a bit late. I’d love a 3pm start next time. However, despite that, everything else was top-notch!

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming
The staff communicated effectively in English, making me feel welcomed and supported. The location was fantastic, with top-notch access to dining and entertainment just steps away! ❤️
Soundproofing was quite poor, and I often heard every noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms—definitely disruptive at night.

The room, while small and windowless, was clean and nicely furnished, making it a cozy space to unwind after exploring. The hotel is excellently located just a minute's walk from Ximen MRT Station, and the option to redeem breakfast vouchers at the convenient store downstairs provided great flexibility. However, noise from hall traffic was noticeable at times, and the limited dining options on-site might not suit everyone. Additionally, I encountered minor issues with the heating system in the room.
